We collect donations from Hong Kong only. Before donating, please make sure to:

1. REMOVE ALL PASSWORDS
- iPHONE/iPAD: Open Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > Turn Passcode Off
- COMPUTER: Either change user password to 'password' or just log out (We will clear it for you)

2. REMOVE INFORMATION (if you wish to do it yourself)
- iPHONE/iPAD: Open Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
- COMPUTER: Macs are difficult to scrub on your own, but our tech team will clear it for you

3. REMOVE ALL CASES/STICKERS/ETC
- Please do not donate gadgets with phone cases or laptop cases still on them
- Please also remove any keyboard covers, pop sockets or attachable camera lenses
- Please remove any stickers on the gadgets to the best of your ability

4. DONATE CHARGERS
- If you have extra chargers, we would implore you to donate them
- These poor communities also have few chargers so donations would be highly appreciated
- If you are donating a less common gadget with a specialised charger, the charger donation is NECESSARY (such as: old iPhone 4 has a different charger to the new iPhones. This charger donation would be necessary).

5. ENSURE THAT YOUR GADGETS ARE STILL WORKING
- Phone/tablet battery must last at LEAST 3-4 hours before recharging is required
- Computer battery must last at LEAST 4 hours before recharging is required
- Extremely cracked/broken gadgets will NOT be accepted

6. SANITISE
- Please wipe your gadgets with alcohol and tissues before donating them to prevent spread of bacteria.
7. STORE
- Please place your gadgets in a paper/plastic bag to be delivered (do not just give us a phone --> it MUST be in a bag)
